We’ve designed a lot of websites. Font selection, placement of elements and other factors all influence the look & feel of a website. But the one of the most important elements – which makes a website truly premium-looking – are the pictures.
Web designers are a dime a dozen these days. Currently, there are more than 150.000 web designers in the US alone. Add to that all the designers & developers from low-cost labor countries such as India and we’ve got quite the workforce. So, what separates the wheat from the chaff? And why shouldn’t you hire a web designer?
Last week I wrote about web design trends for the upcoming year. This week I’ll add on to that with digital marketing trends. Don’t worry; this will be the last ‘trends’ post for… well, a year. 😉
As we’re opening 2018, I thought it’d be fun to start with a “Trends to expect” post. Web design isn’t exacly a static profession, so it doesn’t really stick to years, but I’ll be focusing on things to come or things that grew in 2017 and will continue to grow. I hope you enjoy reading it!
